Welcome to Inner Blooming Counselling & Psychotherapy. My goal is to support you on a lifelong journey of self-compassion and self-discovery.

Many of us come to therapy when things feel too big to cope with on our own. Though we may feel stuck, deep down, we believe in our capacity to live more abundantly. Our journey begins here— by trusting the inner knowing that lives within yourself. We’ll build a relationship that can hold space for difficult emotions and explore new ways of being in the world that feel more authentic and nourishing.

My philosophy is strongly inspired by the ideas of Carl Jung. Jung believed that ‘symptoms’ arise when our path to individuation is blocked— when we become disconnected from our needs and lose our sense of wholeness. Some of us have lived our entire lives never truly feeling whole or at home with ourselves. Therapy can help us understand and work through deep emotional and relational conflicts and bring home these lost parts of self.

I value complexity and difference and seek to lift up the unique beliefs, cultures, lived experiences, and ways of knowing that each person brings into therapy. My practice integrates relational/psychodynamic, narrative, emotion-focused, and internal family systems therapy and is guided by my core values of acceptance, empathy, imagination, and faith.

Healing happens when we feel safe to show up just as we are— when we acknowledge the parts of us that are struggling and give ourselves permission to receive support and care. From there, we can learn how to live in a way that honours our past while growing into something new. I’m hopeful we’ll find new ways to reimagine the future together and I look forward to making meaning with you!
